Job Description

Our client is a private equity backed manufacturing company, with head office situated in Hong Kong. Working closely with the CEO, founder and private equity project leader, you will be involved in a broad range of activities focused on transforming the business to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop effective people strategies, policies, and practices globally to support company strategic goals and business growth
  • Be a strong business partner with leadership team and provide effective coaching and guidance on all people matters
  • Enhance employer branding to strengthen the Company's competitive edge in talent acquisition & retention; recruit the senior leadership team
  • Monitor, align and optimize company pay structures and benefits programs to improve staff engagement
  • Oversee the HRIS project implementation
  • Fully in charge of annual performance management, salary review and bonus cycle
  • Identify and develop talents, continuously strengthen the learning and development initiatives to match the business needs
  • Facilitate the building and strengthening of company culture; ensure effective communication among key stakeholders
  • Lead the global People & Culture teams to deliver best-in-class services to the business; coach and develop team members in Hong Kong and provide functional advice to People and Culture team in production sites and sales representative offices
  • Support business merger and acquisition projects for all due diligence processes
  • Prepare, review and take action on key people analytics reports
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects assigned

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources or other related discipline
  • Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in HR, with global head office leadership experience
  • Well versed in labor ordinances and employment practices
  • Flexible and adaptive, with excellent leadership, presentation, project management and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, practical, high problem-solving ability with strong business acumen
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Occasional travelling is required
