Job Description

A leading Payments Fintech is looking for a Sales Operations Manager who'll be key in building, managing and maintaining the commercial teams operational processes.

You'll work with various stakeholders across the commercial team to help optimise and improve the operational efficiency throughout their commercial processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the Salesforce CRM system to support efficient sales processes for the commercial team.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to analyze commercial performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Commercial Operations to implement and maintain sales and marketing tools.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to equip teams with necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in managing sales incentive plans and target planning to drive team performance.

 

Key requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar commercial operations role, with strong Salesforce expertise.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and providing actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, for collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to solve problems, manage projects, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred experience in payments/financial services, knowledge of sales/marketing processes, and proficiency with commercial tools.
