A leading US Food & Beverage company are seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to drive business strategy and profitability through business partnering with South East Asia (SEA) leadership team provide business leadership, partner with key cross functional decision makers to make excellent business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the SEA Cluster business strategy and profitability through business partnering with SEA Cluster leadership team
  • Lead the planning processes to ensure optimal resource allocation to drive future growth in line with the group targets
  • Provide analytical support to the Vice President and SEA Finance Director for resource allocation, investment analysis and more
  • Help drive profitable growth by providing proactive analysis of results and reporting key metrics
  • Participating in brand teams, providing financial advice and challenging proposals for new initiatives to ensure acceptable ROI 
  • Perform product, geographic and channel analysis to drive the optimal pricing, portfolio and productivity decisions
  • Lead and assist in various regional strategic initiatives, providing insights to SEA CFO for decision-making
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and senior executive partners, acting as a key point of contact in the region for commercial issues

Key Requirements 

  • Degree educated, ideally with an MBA, CA or CPA qualification
  • With at least 6 - 10 years of relevant experience in Commercial Finance and business planning roles
  • Strong commercial acumen and decision making/problem solving skills
  • Preference for candidates who can speak conversational Mandarin to partner closely with the China team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with a variety of senior stakeholders
