Chief of Staff, E-Commerce (Start-up) in Vietnam

My client is one of the most exciting E-Commerce start-ups based out of Vietnam. They are looking to hire a critical member of their senior leadership team to serve as a Chief of Staff.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a key advisor and point of contact between the staff and the leadership
Design, build, and execute strategies to improve efficiencies across all departments
Work closely with the founders and senior leadership to drive growth across the country
Look at the organization from a wider lens to assess operational gaps
Helping the organization drive expansion

Key Requirements

5 to 7 years of experience
Prior experience in FMCG/Consumer Goods or E-Commerce is a must
Prior experience with supply chain/logistics operations would be an advantage
Experience with managing data
Bachelor's Degree is required/Master's would be an advantage
The ability to communicate with staff in the native language is critical
