Our client, an integrated crypto solutions provider, is looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Chief of Operations to join their team. This role will spearhead the growth and operations of the company, leading and strategizing the business in all aspects. Key Requirements

• Experience working within a start-up culture, presently in the blockchain/ ICO space;
• More than 10 years of experience;
• Able to lead and drive all aspects across the business, from business development to knowledge transfer;
• Experience in fundraising and tokenomics is an advantage;
• Plugged in and able to utilize the relevant social media platforms (Discord/Bitcointalk);
• Maturity, vision and a strong understanding of the market;
• Proven leadership ability and a growth-oriented mindset;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and
• Passionate and committed to building a strong team.
