This company is one of the leading online marketplace in the Philippines with 1000’s of international and local brands on its platform, focusing on Beauty and Cosmetics.

As the CMO you will be responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of all growth marketing, communications and media strategies to grow the company brand equity and end user engagement for the Consumer business across Philippines.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the growth marketing strategy and end-to-end campaign execution
  • Work with cross-functional teams and vendors (product, backend, etc) to establish a growth marketing roadmap and digital marketing strategies; plan marketing campaigns and supervise delivery and optimization
  • Lead digital marketing concepts, email, social media, marketing programs to ROI metrics and more
  • Digital asset creation, campaign reporting and data analysis
  • Provides strong, effective and visible leadership to the Marketing function in order to capitalize on its full potential in line with global premium brand focus
  • Develops annual marketing plan, based on overall development priorities of South East Asia and the sales goals of the Consumer business taking into account the current business landscape and sentiments
  • Supervise and monitor all marketing processes and budgets to ensure optimal performance
  • Develop Digital Marketing Plan and build online marketing, communications strategy and calendar to effectively promote the network's portfolio for the consumer channels in the region
  • Initiates and implements innovative brand campaigns & activities that builds definitive Brand
  • Coordinates the executions and tracks the progress of strategic business segment initiatives
  • Coaches, nurtures and motivates marketing team members to elevate marketing performance level, individual growth and commitment

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management/Marketing or equivalent
  • 7-12 years of experience in Digital performance management and Growth Marketing with proven track records in a leadership roles
  • Experience within Ecommerce marketplaces
  • Possess excellent skill sets in strategic planning, digital marketing, communications management, budget planning, marketing and media relations
  • Possess excellent knowledge on local market
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Highly effective communication and presentation skills
  • Able to build relationships and rapport with stakeholders
  • Excellent motivational and leadership skills that thrives in a fast-paced environment
