My client is a high growth B2B technology start up in Vietnam, they have experienced tremendous growth and continue to be on an scale up and growth trajectory.

This Head of Product will drive the product strategy, lead product development and integration of world class payment capabilities empowering the commerce-payment ecosystem with best of class innovations and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• You will closely partner and liaise with business stakeholders and customers to develop an innovation strategy, create an innovation portfolio and roadmap to drive growth as well as to enhance innovative thinking around the company
• You will oversee a comprehensive long-term innovation plan, ensuring value to customers and cultivate long-term relationships with those customers
• Strategizes with product development teams to transform general ideas into solutions/services/products, piloting them and launching them
• Monitor research and development of other organizations to spot trends in innovation and ideas that could value add
• You will lead a small but elite cross functional squad dedicated to incubating, building, piloting and launching innovative solutions, services and products.

Key Requirements

• 12+ years experience in Technology, product, business strategy related fields, ideally with disruptive start ups / technology firms.
• Proven experience incubating, building, launching innovative new digital services, solutions and products.
• Domain experience in e-Commerce, fintech, food delivery, social commerce would be advantageous
• Experience in the SEA tech and product ecosystem
• Strong background in product or engineering would be preferred
• Strong business acumen, critical thinking and a solid understanding of innovation and how it can be applied to real life business and problems.
• Highly proficient at project planning, budgeting, and oversight
