My client is one of the most exciting E-Commerce start-ups based out of Vietnam. They are looking to hire a critical member of their senior leadership team to serve as a Chief HR Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and deconstruct current HR processes and policies in place
  • Redesign and reconstruct a robust HR framework
  • Build and Manage Learning & Development
  • Build Manage Compensation & Benefits
  • Build and Manage Talent/Recruitment
  • Oversee and implement HR policies, programmes and practices that foster growth, innovation, and organisational effectiveness
  • Constantly review HR structures and policies as the business grows regionally
  • Design and implement initiatives to improve and build a strong company culture
  • Manage a team of 6

Key Requirements

  •  At least 8 to 10 years of HR experience
  • Startup or e-commerce experience is an advantage
  • Someone who can bring subject matter expertise to the table
  • Proven capability and acumen in business, organisation and talent
  • Self-starter, motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of influencing at a senior level
  • Adaptable/nimble
