My client is one of the most exciting E-Commerce start-ups based out of Vietnam. They are looking to hire a critical member of their senior leadership team to serve as a Chief HR Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and deconstruct current HR processes and policies in place
Redesign and reconstruct a robust HR framework
Build and Manage Learning & Development
Build Manage Compensation & Benefits
Build and Manage Talent/Recruitment
Oversee and implement HR policies, programmes and practices that foster growth, innovation, and organisational effectiveness
Constantly review HR structures and policies as the business grows regionally
Design and implement initiatives to improve and build a strong company culture
Manage a team of 6

Key Requirements

At least 8 to 10 years of HR experience
Startup or e-commerce experience is an advantage
Someone who can bring subject matter expertise to the table
Proven capability and acumen in business, organisation and talent
Self-starter, motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of influencing at a senior level
Adaptable/nimble
