 We have been mandated by our client, a global technology company, to search for a CFO to be the finance

leader for Singapore as well as regional entities. This role will be supported by a competent finance team

overseeing the various finance sub-functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee finance and supply chain management function for the region.

• Be a strategic business partner and advisor to the regional leadership team.

• Provide insights on key business strategic decisions and new projects which may include M&A and investments.

• Provide oversight and guidance to finance leaders across the region.

• Manage a team of 20+ headcount including offshore shared services center team.

• Strengthen the overall finance capabilities in the organisation to bring about more value to the business.

• Drive best practices to strengthen internal controls and compliance.

 Key Requirements

• Minimum 20 years of experience with relevant regional controllership experience in the Technology space.

• Proven people manager and effective business partner with both business and financial acumen.

• Ability to communicate well and develop key strategic relationships.

• Possesses gravitas to influence internal and external stakeholders across different backgrounds.
