Our client in the Oil and Gas industry is looking for a Chief Compliance Officer to oversee the firm's Compliance and AML program to complement their trading platform.

Key Responsibilities

• In this role, you will be involved in applying for the Payment Services License, and building out the Compliance and AML policies and procedures to ensure that appropriate controls are in place.
• You will be involved in the full suite of Compliance, AML/CFT/Sanctions and KYC duties and be the main point of contact with regulators. You will provide advisory to senior management on mitigation measures for relevant AML and regulatory risks.

Key Requirements

• The ideal candidate should have more than 8-10 years of relevant Compliance & AML experience, and have robust understanding of Singapore regulations.
• Experience in regulatory liaison is pivotal for the role. Prior experience working in a fintech/start-up business environment in Financial Services would be highly advantageous.
