The client is a high-growth boutique management consultancy, looking to add change and transformation managers to their ranks, with a strong industry focus in the consumer and retail space.

Key Responsibilities

• Successfully managing and delivering change and transformation projects
• Responsibility over workstreams and frameworks
• Engaging and working with stakeholders
• Developing and helping train those within the team

Key Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience, ideally from a strategy or management consulting firm, or from an industry business operating in the consumer or retail industry
• Strong understanding of change management processes, from strategic planning to execution and implementation
• Ability to create strategy and recommendations for up to C-suite level
• Excellent verbal communication skills, and can simplify complicated concepts for non-consultants
