This role is for a mid-level Change Lead to join the bank on a contract basis. The role sits with the investment bank, and forms part of the on-going large scale transformation program underway at the bank across the group as a whole.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the program manager across the client journeys within the bank
• Engage in PMO responsibilities across several concurrent projects
• Manage the project governance, from risk management to implementation compliance and post-delivery success
• Manage the project finances from project budget to actual spend and forecasting
• Manage the project change to co-ordinate with regional stakeholders, communicate updates and highlight impacts to relevant parties
• Act as interface between business and technology teams
• Oversee the entire cycle including delivery across the different transformations within the bank
