My client is a regional market leader in e-commerce domain focused on B2C. Reporting to the founders in a hands-on role focused on raising their next round of funds at a PE/institutional level, your responsibilities will include –

Key Responsibilities

• Taking over and leading the next round of fund-raising at the PE/Institutional level
• Work closely with existing investors and manage investor relations
• Partnering with the senior leadership team globally to serve a strategic finance business partner
• Manage and coach the finance team
• Helping the organization drive expansion
• Serving as a finance Subject Matter Expert

Key Requirements

• 10 to 12 years of experience
• Strong background in dealing with private equity is critical
• Prior experience in fund-raising with a strong network is critical
• E-commerce experience is critical
• CA/CPA is advantageous
• MBA is advantageous
• CA/CPA is advantageous
