Our client is one of the leading financial institutions in Singapore. They are looking to add candidates with strong Markets business experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of Departments on strategic and operational business matters
• Review risk and business performance of strategies to identify, address gaps in the front to back control framework and mitigate risks impacting the business
• Ensure business compliance with relevant local, regional and global regulations
• Educate and advise senior internal stakeholders on risk framework requirements and supervise adherence to the group processes and policies

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, or related streams
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, including similar positions in a financial institution (Business Management, Risk, Governance, etc.)
• Strong Markets product knowledge – Fixed Income and Equities
• Knowledge of front to back process of the trading floor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
