Job Description

Our client is a rapidly growing FMCG company that has expanded quickly throughout Europe in the last couple of years. They are looking to an EMEA Business Development Manager to take care of their satellite markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing the commercial strategy for their satellite markets.
  • Executing the route to market project.
  • Developing the business within the key satellite markets.
  • Working closely with distributor partners.
  • Managing the day-to-day commercial activities in a variety of markets.
  • Forecasting sales, stock levels and ordering pipeline.
  • Ensuring constant growth in each individual market.
  • Meeting yearly KPIs.
  • Staying up to date and reporting market and competitor information.
  • Analysing analytics and taking actionable steps.

Key Requirements:

  • Have 2+ years of experience in relevant roles.
  • Have a proven track record and achievements within new business.
  • Be organized and have great communication skills.
  • Have strong negotiation skills.
  • Have previous experience managing a P&L.
  • Be driven to succeed in a fast-growing business.
