A leading London based MSP are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team! Responsible for identifying, refining, and closing out opportunities with new clients, this is a great opportunity for someone with 3+ years’ experience in selling Microsoft Cloud & Cyber Security as a managed service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Following a ‘Power Base Selling’ methodology.
- Create and execute a territory business plan.
- Create and execute sales campaigns within the sales territory.
- Nurture sales opportunities, entering new opportunities into sales pipeline.
- Able to communicate effectively with corporate professionals, establish respect, credibility, and relationships at all levels.
- Highly organised and with attention to detail.
- A client-centric approach to business.
- Taking full responsibility whilst still appreciating it’s a team effort.
- Strong written and verbal business communication.
- Working to deadlines and performing under pressure.
- Proven experience of selling complex IT services projects to technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and meet deadlines.
- A holistic view of the business, ability to see the bigger picture.
- Ability to work with key internal stakeholders – sales, marketing, operations, and consultants.
- Ability to work with key external stakeholders – Clients and Microsoft.
