Our client is a Financial Services company who is looking to hire an experienced Business Continuity Manager specialising in IT Disaster Recovery (DR). This role will give you access to a strong network of strategic business/ IT partners across both the APAC and Global business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the implementation of BCM and DR program which can efficiently respond to potential disruptions
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to conduct BCM/ DR exercises
• Proactively build business relationships to continuously improve overall BCM standards
• Ensure compliance with Group policies and ensure the BCM/ DR framework is consistent with industry best practices
• Ensure all required reporting is completed in an accurate and timely fashion
• Advise and educate internal stakeholders on effective crisis management during business interruptions and

Key Requirements:

• A university degree at undergraduate level or equivalent
• At least 10 years of relevant BCM, IT DR or Business Resiliency experience in the Financial Services sector
• Advantageous to have professional certification such CBCP, MBCP or equivalent
• Direct experience in managing BCM/ DR exercises; ideally on a regional scale
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with senior stakeholders
• Advantageous to have an IT background
