This role is for several headcounts for Business Analysts to join a well-known Insurance firm as they ramp up their digital offering. 

This role is a permanent role, based in Singapore, and is covering channel integration and digital operation as the company undergoes their digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Work end to end as a Business Analyst 
• Part of the Channel Integration team, you will be the sole vocal point for the technology/system development
• Act as interface between business and technology teams, occasionally work in DevOps approach as a Product Owner 
• Manage the entire cycle including delivery 
• Collaborate in the design and deployment of RPAs

Key Requirements

• Strong Business Analysis experience; comfortable gathering requirements, writing BRDs/FSDs and performing UAT etc
• Experience in Insurance, specifically within Claims and Claim processing 
• RPA/automation knowledge is required 
• Proven track record of delivery
• Flexible and adaptable nature, willing to be part of the team or operate as an individual 
• Excellence communication skills 
• Due to visa restrictions, the preference is for Singaporeans/PRs
