Our client is a well-established business in the Real Estate space headquartered in Singapore. As part of their growing business in the region, they are currently looking for an FP&A manager to join them.

Key Responsibilities

• Partnering closely with the Business Managers and Heads of businesses on making key business decisions
• Overall responsibility on the budgeting and forecasting exercise for Singapore
• Ad-hoc presentations for COO/CFOs and senior management

Key Requirements

• At least 10 - 12 years of experience in financial planning & analysis with prior Big 4 experience
• Knowledge of SAP/business intelligence tools will be a plus 
• Team player and someone who is capable of working independently
