Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive corporate secretarial support to the company and its subsidiaries.
- Assist in the preparation and review of board and committee meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including maintaining and updating corporate records and filings.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including directors, shareholders, regulators, and service providers.
- Support the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.
- Assist in the organization of general meetings, including annual general meetings (AGMs) and extraordinary general meetings (EGMs).
- Handle ad-hoc corporate secretarial projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 5 to 6 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience.
- Candidates from service providers are welcome to apply; in-house experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, are essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
