 Our client is a growing REIT business with properties in the region. They are currently looking for an assistant finance manager as a result of business expansion.   

Key Responsibilities

• Work with team managers to ensure financial reporting activities, month end close, cash monitoring and tax filings are maintained.
• Provide accounting advice on all technical accounting aspects.
• Management reporting 
• Actively part take in all M&A activities including due diligence and treasury.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or any other relevant degrees.
• At least 4-5 years of finance experience and know how the REIT business works.  
• Qualified Accountant
