Our client, a leading luxury consumer goods company, are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager (SEA Distributor Markets) to join their expanding team in Singapore.

Reporting into the Regional Lead, the Area Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the assigned channels within the territory, management, delivery of commercial in designated markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Building and supporting distributors on executing the strategic plans for company brands in designated markets

  • Shape and align the business with Distributor partners in designated territory across all trade channels

  • Build exceptional relationships with distributor partners to ensure brand focus and market delivery of strategic plans

  • Effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of effective marketing and sales strategy within distributor markets

  • Manage A&P budgets for assigned SEA markets

 Key Requirements

  •  5+ years' experience in FMCG, luxury consumer goods or Alcohol industry with distributor management capability.

  • The right candidate must be open to extensive travel to visit assigned distributor markets and have outstanding stakeholder management expertise.
