This role is for an experienced Product Owner to join a fully-fledged Virtual Bank, based in Hong Kong. The company is a leader in the retail digital banking space in Hong Kong, and they are now looking for talented individuals to join the team as the broaden their product lines further.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed mobile app project development plan, tracking, communicating, and delivering on the project in a timely, well communicated and cost-effective manner
• Ensure successful delivery through well run UAT and post launch reviews
• Collaborate with both internal and external teams
• Prioritize the feature backlog, working with customer research and insights to provide competitive analysis that will lead to a best in class product
• Work cross functionally with the tech team in Beijing to launch and ship successful products and bring them to market

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record (ideally 7 years or more) of product delivery on consumer facing Mobile Apps
• Recent experience in Financial Services, Fintech, or virtual banking would be a plus, but is not mandatory
• Strong experience in and understanding of Agile methodologies
• Degree in relevant field (Computer Science/Engineering etc)
• Fluency in Mandarin (due to the internal Chinese speaking stakeholders): must be able to hold a business conversation, ideally can read/write simplified Chinese
