As an eCommerce Marketing Manager, you'll be an integral part of our client's mission to continuously innovate and expand. Your role will involve driving the execution of marketing strategies, particularly within the realm of e-commerce, ensuring our brand maintains its reputation as a premier choice. Reporting to the Director of Global eCommerce Strategy, you'll be a vital force in propelling revenue growth through strategic Amazon advertising efforts, while fostering a shopper-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights, optimizing campaigns to achieve targeted KPIs.
  • Employ A/B testing and innovative tactics to enhance campaign effectiveness and boost return on ad spend (ROAs).
  • Craft comprehensive digital strategies for marketing initiatives, integrating organic and paid approaches across Amazon's Advertising and DSP platforms.
  • Lead the creation and execution of Amazon activation plans within the UK/EMEA regions, working closely with insights teams to transform analyses into impactful campaigns.
  • Develop direct relationships with the retailer's marketing and media departments to maximize brand exposure through digital advertising at the customer level.

Key Requirements:
  • Possess hands-on expertise in managing Amazon Ads and DSP platforms, including bid management, budget controls, and audience targeting.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in developing and executing shopper marketing strategies, particularly within the FMCG sector.
  • Exhibit mastery in bid and budget management, alongside strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
  • Display a deep understanding of commercial and financial concepts, including proficiency in P&L metrics.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferable.
