A fantastic opportunity has opened for an experience product owner to join one of Hong Kong’s biggest Telco names. You will join an established team who focus on digital transformation and work alongside sales, tech, and agile development teams. You will be responsible for driving and managing presales automation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside sales and presales teams understanding business requirements and communicating these to agile dev teams
• Identify and facilitate customer to sales and presales business process automation projects
• Take ownership for design thinking within the team
• develop customer requirements and suggest new features and product updates
• API development
• Run reports for usage and improvements process automation

Key Requirements

• 8 Experience working within digital transformation projects
• Strong understanding of project lifestyle methodologies
• Previous experience working with UX, tech and sales teams
• Worked across mobile software and web development projects
• Experience with API integration
• Strong understanding of design thinking methodologies
• Telco experience is a plus, tech experience is a must
