Reporting into the VP of Key Account Management, you be required to provide the highest-level of support to an existing book of clients, in order to grow and optomize the portfolio.
- Have and maintain an understanding of the variety of payments products within the product suite
- Provide the accounts with the highest-level of support and proffessional service
- Have an understanding of each of the merchant's business model in your portfolio, to effectively upsell and promote the company's solutions, to ultimately optimize the merchant's payment processing
- Work in conjunction with product and marketing teams to develop marketing support for merchants
- Reach your revenue targets through effective upselling and relationship building
- 4 years of industry experience, payments experience beneficial
- Prior experience supporting large merchants, with a demonstrable track record of growing the portfolio as well as exceeding the established revenue targets
- Have the commercial acumen to think strategically and provide consultative advice on market trends
- Independent mindset, strong organisation and time management
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
