About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our sales strategy and execution as we scale our Series A cybersecurity company. This role will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and establishing strong customer relationships in the cybersecurity market. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and achieving ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion, aligning with company goals.

  • Team Building & Management : Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and success.

  • Revenue Growth : Drive new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts, meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.

  • Customer Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the cybersecurity ecosystem.

  • Go-to-Market Execution : Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for new products and markets.

  • Sales Operations : Implement and optimize sales processes, tools, and metrics to ensure efficiency and scalability, including CRM management (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Market Insights : Provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform product development and business strategy.

  • Executive Collaboration : Work closely with the CEO, CFO, and other leadership team members to align sales initiatives with overall company objectives.
