Position OverviewThe Vice President of Marketing will be a strategic leader responsible for building and scaling the global marketing function. This role will drive demand generation, enhance brand awareness, and align marketing efforts with revenue goals to support the company’s aggressive growth trajectory. The ideal candidate is a proven marketing executive with a track record of success in B2B SaaS, preferably in cybersecurity, and expertise in leading high-impact demand generation, revenue marketing, and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities-
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth : Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to generate qualified pipeline, targeting key accounts and personas in the cybersecurity market. Own pipeline goals, delivering measurable contributions to ARR growth.

Revenue Marketing : Align marketing initiatives with sales to drive revenue impact, including creating target account strategies, optimizing lead-to-opportunity conversion, and implementing product-led growth (PLG) and account-based marketing (ABM) programs.

Brand & Market Awareness : Elevate the company’s brand as a category leader through thought leadership, content marketing, and strategic positioning in the cybersecurity ecosystem. Expand market awareness across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

Event Strategy & Execution : Lead planning and execution of high-impact events, including major industry conferences (e.g., RSA, Black Hat) and regional events, to drive pipeline and brand visibility.

Team Leadership : Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, including demand generation, content, product marketing, and marketing operations. Mentor and develop talent, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Marketing Operations & Technology : Oversee the marketing tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo) to optimize campaign performance, reporting, and lead management. Implement and integrate new tools to enhance efficiency.

Sales Enablement : Collaborate closely with sales to develop campaigns, SDR cadences, and follow-up processes, ensuring alignment on target accounts and personas.
