The Role:

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Account Executive to lead new customer acquisition and expansion across a portfolio of AI safety and security services. You will own the full sales cycle for new GenAI and LLM-focused customers, partnering closely with technical and delivery teams to position our services as long-term, strategic solutions.

You will engage senior stakeholders across product, research, safety, and executive leadership, guiding them through complex, consultative sales processes in a fast-moving and highly technical environment.

 

What You’ll Do:
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle for new GenAI and LLM-native customers
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders across product, research, safety, and leadership teams
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand customer objectives, technical context, and risk profiles
  • Position AI safety, security, red teaming, model evaluation, and post-training data services as strategic solutions
  • Collaborate closely with solutions and delivery teams during pre-sales to scope programs and shape proposals
  • Drive deal strategy, pricing, and negotiations through close
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise or strategic sales, ideally in AI, ML, security, or technical services
  • Proven ability to close complex, high-value deals with technical buyers
  • Experience selling consultative, services-led offerings rather than purely transactional SaaS
  • Strong discovery, qualification, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfort engaging senior, highly technical audiences without needing to be hands-on
  • Self-directed, resilient, and comfortable operating in ambiguous environments
  • Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, or AI safety concepts is a strong advantage
