Strategic Enterprise Account Executive (Net‑New Logos)

We’re partnering with a high‑growth company hiring senior, strategic Enterprise AEs to help build the enterprise motion from the ground up. The company is a  AI Revenue Agents platform .

📍 San Francisco 
📍 New York City

What this role really is:

  • True hunter role; net‑new logo acquisition is critical
  • $500k–$1M+ deal sizes
  • Selling into C‑suite / senior sales & revenue leaders
  • Highly consultative, insight‑led selling
  • Shaping buying criteria, not responding to RFPs
The role will suit  strategic sellers:
  • are you able to educate buyers instead of pitching features
  • Lead build vs. buy conversations
  • Use thought leadership + buyer psychology
  • Create urgency through loss framing (“what happens if nothing changes?”)
Ideal profiles/ bakcgrounds:
  • Enterprise AE experience in net‑new roles
  • Consulting foundations (Accenture, Deloitte, BCG, Bain, etc.)
  • Former operators, founders, or exec‑level sellers
  • Proven experience selling new categories or early platforms
Comp & upside:
  • ~$350k OTE (50/50)
  • Flex for standout profiles (not north of $400k OTE)
  • Equity 

This is a role for Enterprise AEs further along in their careers who want to shape a market.
