We’re partnering with a high‑growth company hiring senior, strategic Enterprise AEs to help build the enterprise motion from the ground up. The company is a AI Revenue Agents platform .

What this role really is:
- True hunter role; net‑new logo acquisition is critical
- $500k–$1M+ deal sizes
- Selling into C‑suite / senior sales & revenue leaders
- Highly consultative, insight‑led selling
- Shaping buying criteria, not responding to RFPs
- are you able to educate buyers instead of pitching features
- Lead build vs. buy conversations
- Use thought leadership + buyer psychology
- Create urgency through loss framing (“what happens if nothing changes?”)
- Enterprise AE experience in net‑new roles
- Consulting foundations (Accenture, Deloitte, BCG, Bain, etc.)
- Former operators, founders, or exec‑level sellers
- Proven experience selling new categories or early platforms
- ~$350k OTE (50/50)
- Flex for standout profiles (not north of $400k OTE)
- Equity
This is a role for Enterprise AEs further along in their careers
who want to shape a market.
