We are working with a growth AI early stage, which is a platform used by Booking.com, Uber, Siemens and PepsiCo to monitor, evaluate and ship reliable AI at scale.
The role is for an AI Solutions Engineer who is technically strong and customer-facing; can earn trust with ML engineers and executives in the same breath.
→Trusted advisor to enterprise ML / GenAI teams — from first demo to expansion
→Lead product demos that tell a story, not just a feature walkthrough
→Run strategic business reviews in partnership with sales
→Influence product roadmap as the voice of the customer
What we're really hiring for:
★ Demo storytelling — frame the customer's problem, show the solution, explain why it changes their business. Not feature-led. Not salesy.
★ Technical credibility — comfortable with data scientists one minute, C-suite the next
★ Genuine interest in cybersecurity, cutting-edge AI, and complex enterprise implementations
You likely have
·Background in ML engineering, data science, or GenAI development in production
·Familiarity with LLM frameworks (LlamaIndex, LangGraph, DSPy) and cloud platforms
·Customer-facing experience — SE, Solutions Architect, CSE, or consulting
·Strong Python skills and an understanding of the full ML lifecycle
Compensation
·$125,000 – $175,000 OTE + uncapped bonus + competitive equity
