Solutions Consultant – Pre-Sales (North America) Location: Remote based role, East Coast USA or Toronto, Ontario, Canada

The Opportunity

As a Solutions Consultant (Pre-Sales), you will play a key role in supporting the sales process, translating technical capabilities into clear business value and helping prospective customers understand how AI can enhance their customer service operations.

You’ll work closely with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to design and deliver tailored demos, proof-of-concepts, and solution recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead engaging product demonstrations that showcase the value of the platform to enterprise and mid-market eCommerce brands.

  • Translate technical features into clear business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Support the design and execution of proof-of-concepts (POCs) and technical pilots.

  • Collaborate with sales and engineering to align product capabilities with client needs.

  • Gather feedback from prospects to influence product development and go-to-market strategy.

  • Contribute ideas to improve demo quality, storytelling, and process consistency across the commercial team.

  • Travel to New York once 2x a month for team collaboration and client engagement.

    Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a SaaS Pre-Sales / Solutions Consulting role (preferably eCommerce or customer service tech).

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, and able to simplify complex AI or technical concepts.

  • Confident in presenting to senior stakeholders

  • Background in engineering, computer science, or technical consulting is an advantage (not essential)

  • Curious, proactive, and enthusiastic with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership and move deals forward.

    Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary : Around USD $100K (CAD $135K equivalent) + 30% variable / OTE
