Solutions Engineer | Global Remote | Up to $140k Base + Token Upside

Build the infrastructure powering the next generation of cross-chain finance.

A fast-growing blockchain infrastructure company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to work at the intersection of software engineering, partner integrations, and developer enablement.

This is a highly technical and externally facing role where you will help leading protocols, exchanges, and strategic partners integrate cutting-edge cross-chain technology while also contributing directly to core product development.

The company is building intent-driven infrastructure that enables seamless interactions across blockchain networks, connecting AI, services, and financial applications. The team combines expertise in cryptography, decentralized finance, and distributed systems to redefine how intelligent agents transact across chains.

What you'll be doing:

• Acting as the primary technical contact for partners integrating APIs, SDKs, and transaction flows
• Designing and troubleshooting complex blockchain integrations
• Building new product features and improving stability of the core platform
• Writing technical documentation, tutorials, and sample repositories
• Supporting developers across GitHub, Telegram, and community channels
• Running demos, workshops, and technical enablement sessions
• Collaborating with product and engineering teams to improve developer experience

What we're looking for:

• Strong software engineering background at mid to senior level
• Excellent TypeScript and Node.js skills
• Hands-on experience building blockchain or Web3 products
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and communicate technical concepts clearly
• Experience working directly with external partners or developers
• Strong ownership mentality and comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to have:

• Developer Relations experience
• GCP and Kubernetes
• Observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus
• Distributed systems and reliability engineering
• High-frequency trading or trading engine experience
• Rust
• Mathematics or Physics background
