. As they continue to grow across North America, they’re hiring a Solutions Architect
with strong experience in CX tech, e‑commerce platforms, or helpdesk systems
.
Role Overview
Own the implementation of AI-driven customer experience solutions. Ideal for someone who understands how modern support teams operate and has hands-on experience integrating CX tools.
You will:

Lead technical onboarding for e‑commerce and CX teams

Configure integrations with APIs, helpdesk platforms, and commerce systems
-
Translate customer workflows into tailored setups
-
Run onboarding, training, and technical enablement
-
Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth go‑lives
-
Manage multiple customer implementations
Required
-
3+ years in solutions engineering or technical implementation (SaaS)
-
Strong experience with CX tools, helpdesks, or e‑commerce tech stacks
-
Node.js and Python
-
Solid API and integrations background
-
Workflow building platforms like (zopim, n8n, etc)
-
Confident communicator with strong problem‑solving skills
