A high-growth, well-funded AI infrastructure company is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own and grow a portfolio of SMB and mid-market accounts.
Location: Remote (US)Comp: $160k–$180k OTE (70/30) + equity
The Role
- Own the full customer lifecycle (adoption, renewals, expansion)
- Manage accounts end-to-end without AE/SE support
- Build relationships across technical and commercial stakeholders
- Identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Lead onboarding, workshops, and business reviews
- 2+ years in SaaS Customer Success
- Strong track record in renewals and expansion
- Commercial mindset with consultative approach
- Ability to understand technical products (no coding required)
