The Opportunity:As one of the first Product hires, you’ll play a key role in defining the roadmap and shaping the platform’s future. You’ll work closely with the founding team, engineers, and designers to deliver innovative, user-driven products that help businesses gain financial clarity and control.

What You’ll Do:- Own the full product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
- Partner with founders and engineers to define and execute the product roadmap.
- Translate complex finance workflows into intuitive, impactful product experiences.
- Gather customer insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Define success metrics and measure product performance.
- Help build a product culture rooted in experimentation, data, and customer empathy.
- 3-5 years of Product Management experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or AI-driven products.
- Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable working cross-functionally in an agile environment.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable impact.
- Passion for early-stage environments and building 0→1 products.
- Experience in treasury, payments, or financial data .
- Familiarity with AI, automation, or ML-driven platforms .
- Prior experience in a Series A–B startup environment.
