We're supporting a globally licensed payments business—processing hundreds of billions in annual transaction volume across multiple markets—as they hire a Senior Operations Leader for their Singapore entity.
This is a high-autonomy, end-to-end role for someone ready to drive operational performance, ensure the business runs in line with local regulatory expectations, and lead meaningful adoption of AI and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure day-to-day operational practices meet Singapore regulatory expectations
- Build and scale operational processes that support business growth without adding risk
- Drive performance visibility through data, KPIs, and dashboards
- Align global teams around shared operational outcomes, breaking silos and accelerating resolution
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Legal as a day-to-day business partner
- Lead adoption of automation and AI tools across operations
Key Requirements
- Senior ops leadership in a licensed fintech or regulated financial services environment
- Solid understanding of Singapore's regulatory requirements for payment service providers
- Proven ability to operate across global, matrixed organisations
- Track record delivering operational or digital transformation — built things, not just managed them
- B2B and fintech background essential; SME experience a strong plus
- Data-driven, with the credibility to influence senior stakeholders
- Actively uses AI tools and wants to push further
