This is a fully remote role in the UK , where you’ll work directly with customers, help implement cutting-edge solutions, and optimize workflows that change how insurance gets done.~
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with technical teams to implement and optimize our platform for enterprise customers
- Collaborate across functions to deliver a seamless, high-impact technical experience
- Lead technical analysis, design, testing, and post-implementation support
- Drive process improvements and automation to make systems smarter and faster
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–8+ years in software or systems engineering, technical product/program management
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles
- Strong problem-solving skills with complex systems
- Coding expertise in JavaScript, SQL and Python
- Ability to coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams
