About the Role
We’re looking for a high-impact Customer Success Manager (CSM) to own and grow a portfolio of customers across the East Coast. This is a critical, customer-facing role at a Series A company where you’ll help shape the CS function, drive adoption, and ensure our customers achieve measurable business outcomes.
As a trusted advisor, you’ll work closely with technical and executive stakeholders to deliver value, increase retention, and identify expansion opportunities. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys building scalable processes while working directly with customers.
