What You’ll Do:- Identify and research high-potential accounts that fit the ideal customer profile.
- Engage prospects through a mix of calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
- Create and refine tailored outbound cadences, measuring results across industries and personas.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, focusing on alignment of need, budget, authority, and timing.
- Run discovery and initial demo conversations to understand challenges and business use cases, documenting insights for Account Executives.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to make the most of campaigns, events, and content.
- Experience generating pipeline and prospecting for a technical product or platform.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a consultative and curious approach.
- Strong organisational skills to balance pace and precision in outbound activity.
- Ability to quickly pick up complex technical concepts (AI/ML exposure is a plus).
- Motivated, coachable, and driven to achieve results.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools.
- Comfort using AI tools to enhance productivity.
