Sales Manager (Individual Contributor) – Financial Services (DACH Region)

 

Location: Berlin, Hybrid (2 days/week in office)

We are looking for a  Sales Manager  with a proven track record in new business sales within the banking or financial services sector. This is an individual contributor role, focused on driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with financial institutions, primarily across the DACH region.

 

What you’ll do:
  • Sell innovative eCash solutions directly to banks and financial services organisations in the DACH region and other priority markets.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, building tailored, value-led propositions.
  • Build strong relationships at C-Level and operational levels, leveraging account mapping and long-term stakeholder management.
  • Understand complex banking requirements and translate them into compelling solutions.
  • Forecast revenue accurately and maintain precise reporting on sales activities.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in the financial services sector, enhancing both personal and company reputation.
  • Travel across Europe as needed for client meetings and events.

 

What we’re looking for:
  • 3+ years of new business sales experience in banking/financial services with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the DACH banking sector.
  • German speaker or proficiency at C1 level or above.
  • Strategic sales mindset with the ability to nurture pipelines through detailed planning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly for presentations, proposals, and client meetings.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work independently.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a commitment to accurate revenue forecasting.
