We're working with a fast-growing SaaS company that’s on a mission to reshape how businesses manage and scale their IT operations. As they expand their U.S. footprint, they’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Tampa to help drive pipeline growth and connect with future customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers—sparking interest, identifying needs, and setting the foundation for long-term relationships. Your days will be filled with outreach (both inbound and outbound), strategic research, and collaboration with marketing and sales to build a healthy sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound leads and qualify them for the sales team
- Research target accounts and reach out to key decision-makers
- Initiate outbound calls and emails to generate new business opportunities
- Schedule discovery meetings for account executives
- Work closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging and campaign targeting
- Track activity, conversations, and lead progress in the CRM system
- Help drive attendance for webinars, events, and other lead-gen activities
About You:
- You have at least one year of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role
- You’re energized by connecting with people and uncovering how your product can help
- You’re resilient, goal-oriented, and thrive in a fast-moving environment
- You enjoy learning new tools and can quickly grasp technical concepts
- You communicate clearly, listen actively, and follow through on commitments
