We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Director to lead our go-to-market strategies and drive revenue growth for our innovative software portfolio. In this high-impact role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and executive teams to position our solutions as market leaders, with a focus on B2B enterprise customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies, including launch plans, messaging frameworks, and competitive positioning.
  • Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and buyer persona development to inform product roadmaps and sales enablement.
  • Create compelling content such as whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and demos tailored to our target audience.
  • Partner with sales to optimize pipeline generation through targeted campaigns and account-based marketing.
  • Analyze performance metrics (e.g., MQLs, conversion rates, market share) and iterate on strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, fostering thought leadership and partnerships.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of launching products that achieve significant market adoption and revenue impact.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS go-to-market models, including pricing, packaging, and channel strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience crafting executive-level presentations and narratives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in cybersecurity, with hands-on experience marketing security solutions (e.g., threat detection, compliance tools, or zero-trust architectures).
  • Familiarity with emerging tech trends like AI-driven security or cloud-native protections.
  • Experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups navigating competitive landscapes.
