Product Manager (E-commerce & CRO), Remote, Europe, Consumer Hardware / D2C, Up to $60k base
We’re hiring a Product Manager to own the website and e-commerce experience for a fast-growing consumer hardware product. This is not a marketing role. The website is treated as a core product, and this role sits at the centre of conversion, customer journey, and revenue performance.
You’ll take full ownership of the web and e-commerce experience end to end, from first visit through to purchase and post-purchase, with a clear focus on driving conversion and improving funnel performance.
Working closely with design, engineering and growth, you’ll define and execute the roadmap across all web surfaces, turning user behaviour into measurable improvements through structured experimentation.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll own the website and landing pages as a product, defining structure, content and user flows to maximise clarity and conversion. You’ll be responsible for how users navigate the site, how pages perform, and how effectively traffic converts into customers.
You’ll take full ownership of the customer journey, mapping the funnel end to end, identifying drop-off points, and translating behavioural data into clear hypotheses and improvements. Every decision is driven by data and measurable impact.
You’ll own the e-commerce experience, including product pages, checkout flows, pricing logic, bundles, promotions and upsell strategies. You’ll ensure a seamless and reliable purchase experience across devices and regions.
You’ll lead A/B testing and experimentation as a core discipline, prioritising tests based on impact, running structured experiments, and turning insights into shipped improvements. You’ll build a repeatable CRO engine rather than one-off tests.
You’ll manage the roadmap and delivery across web and e-commerce, writing clear product requirements and ensuring high-quality execution from idea through to launch and iteration.
What we’re looking for
Strong experience as a Product Manager working on websites, landing pages or e-commerce products
Deep understanding of conversion funnels and customer journey mapping
Hands-on experience running A/B tests and building experimentation frameworks
Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into clear product decisions
Proven track record improving conversion and performance metrics
Comfortable working cross-functionally with design, engineering and growth teams
High ownership and strong execution focus
Nice to have
Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
Background in CRO, growth or performance marketing
Experience with tools such as GA, Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar
Experience in a startup or scaling consumer product environment
