About the Company

A fast‑growing, private‑equity backed payments and FX business is expanding its commercial and product capabilities and is hiring a Pricing Manager to lead pricing strategy across the UK and broader European markets. The company provides cross‑border payments, FX execution, and treasury solutions to corporate, institutional, and financial intermediary customers, supported by strong technology, compliance rigour, and a scale‑up mindset.

 

Role Overview

The  Pricing Manager  will be responsible for designing, optimising, and governing pricing frameworks across multiple products and customer segments. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, Finance, and Executive Leadership, this role will play a critical part in driving margin improvement, revenue optimisation, and competitive differentiation.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve pricing strategy across FX, payments, treasury products, and value‑added services.
  • Analyse market trends, product economics, and customer behaviours to develop data‑driven pricing decisions.
  • Partner with Sales teams to construct commercial pricing proposals for strategic and high‑value customers.
  • Work with Product and Finance to align pricing with cost structures, product roadmap, and margin targets.
  • Build pricing tools, dashboards, processes, and reporting frameworks to provide commercial visibility.
  • Monitor competitive dynamics, price elasticity, and conversion metrics to recommend adjustments.
  • Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

 

Qualifications & Experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in pricing, commercial analytics, revenue management, or financial modelling.
  • Background in payments, FX, banking, or FinTech strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building pricing models or commercial frameworks.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate insights to senior leadership.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑scaling, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Fluency in English required.
