What You Bring
- 5+ years in Account Management, Partnerships, Consulting or similar
- Experience with technical or AI/ML-driven customers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
- Strong ability to manage complex, multi-threaded accounts
- Technical fluency with LLMs, AI safety concepts, or evaluations is a major plus
