We are partnering with a VC‑backed FinTech, building an AI‑driven FX optimisation and embedded hedging platform serving international businesses.
The company has recently secured significant investment, is growing quickly across Europe, and provides modern tools that help mid‑market and enterprise organisations eliminate FX exposure, reduce costs, and price cross‑border transactions more effectively.
Role & Responsibilities
This hire will focus on direct enterprise sales to corporates, helping the business scale its European customer base.
- Drive new business by selling FX optimisation, hedging, and cross‑border payment solutions to mid‑market and enterprise corporates.
- Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting, qualification and solution design through to close.
- Engage senior stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Payments, and Operations to articulate value and ROI.
- Collaborate internally with Product, Engineering and Data to scope and customise complex client requirements.
- Build long‑term relationships and represent the company at relevant industry events across the financial and digital commerce ecosystem.
About You
- Proven track record in enterprise or mid‑market sales within FX, cross‑border payments, treasury solutions, B2B financial infrastructure, or embedded finance.
- Strong understanding of FX risk, hedging workflows, treasury processes, or global payments.
- Experienced in navigating multi‑stakeholder, consultative enterprise sales cycles with C‑suite exposure (CFO, Treasurer, VP Finance).
- Able to communicate technical concepts such as APIs, data models, or risk engines in a clear, commercial way.
