A Series A AI start-up ($20M funding) is building a no-code platform for enterprise voice AI agents, automating phone-based workflows across contact centers and BPOs. Trusted by over 1,000 customers, the platform has already saved 5M+ hours of operations and handled 45M calls with 99.9% uptime.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll work directly with enterprise clients to implement, customize, and optimize AI voice agents. This is a hands-on role bridging engineering, product, and customer success, ensuring deployments deliver real operational impact.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end AI voice agent implementations from design to go-live.
- Build and maintain integrations with CRMs, telephony, and workflow tools.
- Collaborate with customer teams to align technical deployments with business goals.
- Identify optimization opportunities to improve adoption and performance.
- Act as the technical voice of the customer, feeding insights back to product and engineering.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring reliable production environments.
- Develop best practices and documentation to support future deployments.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years in a technical customer-facing role (FDE, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer).
- Hands-on coding with Python, JavaScript, or low-code integrations.
- Experience with enterprise software implementations, APIs, CRMs, or telephony platforms.
- Interest or experience in AI/ML technologies, especially conversational AI or LLMs.
- Strong communication skills, bridging technical and business perspectives.
- Fluent in German (Languages skills in Spanish and English also beneficial)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SIP, contact center systems, or telephony integrations.
- Knowledge of LLM prompting, AI orchestration, or automation workflows.
- Experience supporting enterprise adoption, renewals, or expansions.
