Role Expectations:
- Drive new enterprise ARR through a land-and-expand sales motion, securing initial deals and growing adoption across divisions.
- Manage complex 6–12 month sales cycles, engaging senior technical and business stakeholders (e.g. Heads of AI, Platform Engineering, Product).
- Collaborate with marketing, alliances, and solutions teams to generate pipeline and deliver compelling enterprise value.
- Run a disciplined, consultative sales process to win multi-year agreements and drive account expansion.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5-8+ years of enterprise SaaS closing experience, consistently exceeding quota in AI/ML, cloud, infrastructure, or DevOps.
- Track record of closing $100K–$400K+ enterprise deals and expanding accounts 2–4x post-land.
- Skilled in consultative selling, multi-threading, and influencing C-level stakeholders.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with both inbound pipeline and targeted outbound efforts.
