They’re now looking for an Engineering Manager to accelerate execution across technical projects, partner integrations, and cross-team initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in high-performing engineering environments and enjoys making complex systems work seamlessly across teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Mentor a talented, multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering ownership, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Drive Delivery across multiple projects, managing timelines, tracking progress, and resolving blockers.
- Provide Technical Direction on architecture, code quality, scalability, and design reviews.
- Oversee Integrations with partners, platforms, and customers working closely with technical leads and partner engineers.
- Own Reliability & Performance - define SLOs/SLIs, manage incidents, and lead postmortems.
- Align Teams - ensure engineering, product, and partnerships stay coordinated through clear communication and structured follow-ups.
- Scale Processes - implement pragmatic tools and frameworks to improve delivery efficiency and transparency.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in engineering management or technical program delivery .
- Proven success leading software or platform engineering teams .
- Experience managing technical integrations , APIs, or platform partnerships.
- Strong grasp of software architecture, especially event-driven or distributed systems.
- Hands-on technical understanding of TypeScript, Rust, Go, or Solidity .
- Familiarity with blockchain ecosystems (Ethereum, NEAR, or similar).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, comfortable balancing delivery, people, and process.
- Calm under pressure, execution-driven, and passionate about building in Web3.
